Designed for business professionals and systems thinkers

PranMD treats Step 1 like a complex operating model: inputs, feedback loops, failure modes, incentives, and performance signals.

Mechanism-first learning

Before memorizing a disease label, explain what changed, what compensates, what symptoms appear, and what labs move.

How to use Bootcamp strategically

Use Bootcamp for structured content and practice, then convert each lesson into your own capture, mechanism map, retrieval drill, and miss analysis.

How to use Anki selectively

Use Anki for high-decay facts, formulas, receptors, organisms, and drug details. Do not turn every concept into a card.

How to avoid memorization overload

When a topic feels crowded, compress it into a causal chain and one decision rule. Add facts only after the mechanism is stable.

How to analyze misses

Do not copy question text. Capture the clue you missed, the distractor you chose, the mechanism gap, and the new rule you learned.

How to use Weekly Review

At the end of the week, identify repeated confusion, weak mechanisms, error patterns, and the next deliberate practice block.

How readiness scoring works

Readiness is a self-coaching signal based on coverage, retrieval reliability, question accuracy, stamina, and error reduction.
